Apply for Donated Dental Services


The Donated Dental Services Program in the state of Virginia is managed by the Virginia Dental Association Foundation: Julie Ericksen, Program Manager. The applications for Donated Dental Services are managed by 4 coordinators depending upon the Virginia locality in which the applicant resides.

For the Greater Hampton Roads area (Accomack, Northampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Middlesex, Mathews, Gloucester, York, James City, Charles City, New Kent) please contact Access Partnership at (757) 502-7400.

For those in this area who do not qualify for Donated Dental Services, you may visit the Access Partnership website at www.accesspartnership.org to locate a dental safety net clinic or dental center in the Greater Hampton Roads area.

For all other areas not mentioned above or for additional dental safety net resources, please contact the VDAF DDS program at: (804) 264-9010.

For many areas in Virginia, we have closed our Donated Dental Services waiting list. We are willing to take applications in some select areas and for certain exceptional medical conditions.  Thank you for your patience as we focus on providing efficient and effective services.
