Dr. Scott Miller is a prosthodontist in private practice in Bristol, VA. He is also the Clinic Director for the Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Center, which he helped to launch in 2020 in partnership with Ballad Health, Johnston Memorial Hospital, and Mission Dental Virginia, Inc. He serves as the co-director of the VDAF's Mission of Mercy Denture Team. A native of Honaker, VA, in Southwest Virginia, he was the first college graduate on both sides of his family and the first to break a coal mining work legacy after earning his DDS degree with honors. He then completed a residency in Prosthodontics from VCU/MCV Dental School in 1997. Dr. Miller remains grateful for his ability to serve those in need across Virginia through the practice of dentistry.
