Apply for Donated Dental Services


The Donated Dental Services Program in the state of Virginia is managed by the Virginia Dental Association Foundation: Julie Ericksen, Program Manager. The applications for Donated Dental Services are managed by three coordinator teams depending upon the Virginia locality in which the applicant resides.

 

For the Greater Hampton Roads area (Accomack, Northampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Middlesex, Mathews, Gloucester, York, James City, Charles City, New Kent) please contact:

We have temporarily closed our Donated Dental Services waiting list for most localities in the Greater Hampton Roads area. Please visit our website at www.accesspartnership.org to locate a dental safety net clinic or dental center in the Greater Hampton Roads area.
